Start with the list and the cancel steps. The hard part is not deciding, it is the route through each provider's flow.
See every charge before it lands
Start with the dates. A list without dates tells you what happened; a list with dates tells you what is about to.
Bring the monthly figure down
Start with the yearly total and the category split. The two weakest items in the biggest category are usually where the decision is easiest.
Worth saying plainly what is not on that list: nobody negotiates with a provider on your behalf, and no refund is pursued for you.
